    "content": "In the Ministry of Energy, I had said earlier on, our target is to provide the 9,000 plus public utilities with electricity. Most of the facilities we have at the moment, that is, primary schools, secondary schools and so on have access to electricity. The Ministry of Information and Communications should be working towards providing these schools with computers so that the internet communication can be enhanced. I would like the Ministry to be at the forefront. Whenever we talk about e-governancet, we do not see the Ministry and yet other Ministries have set up computer departments. We want this Ministry to play a very vital role in networking all the Ministries of this Government and all the constituencies so that we can share information. We have to promote internet communication."
