    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1), to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on National Security, Defense and Foreign Relations on the abduction, torture and execution of the Meru-based blogger, Daniel Benard Muthiani, alias Sniper, who disappeared from Meru County on 2nd December 2023, and whose mutilated body was found dumped in River Mutonga in Tharaka Nithi County on 16th December, 2023.
