    "content": "I urge colleagues to visit the Senate Library and look keenly at the cash disbursement document, which has stipulated all the funds going to each and every county and where they are coming from. As a Committee, we have pushed for funds, starting from the equitable share. We have looked at this County Governments (Additional Allocation) Bill, Equalization Fund and noticed that some counties have not made input or progress to ensure they receive these funds, hence, hindering development and services to its great people. With those many words, I second."
