    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting clause 8 and substituting therefor the following new clause— 8 (1) A person is qualified for appointment as a member of the Board under section 7(1)(a), (e), (f) and (g) if that person— (a) is a citizen of Kenya; (b) holds, in the case of a person appointed under – (i) section 7(1)(a) and (g), a degree from a university recognized in Kenya; and (ii) section 7 (1) (e) and (f), a certificate in secondary school education; The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
