    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, clause 52 of the Bill be amended— (i) in subclause (1) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (b) notification and registration of direct sales contract, certificate of origin, certificate of quality and any other relevant approvals issued by the Board. (ii) by deleting subclause (3) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— (3) Clean coffee imports shall — (a) be accompanied by the certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate issued by the country of origin and adhere to Kenyan coffee standards; and (b) be inspected and issued with Phytosanitary Certificate by the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service."
