    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 90 of the Bill be amended- (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the words “board of the institute” appearing immediately after the words “opinion of the” and substituting therefor the words “Council”; and (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the word “board” appearing immediately after the words “Consent of the” and substituting therefor the word “Council”."
