    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there was also concern about old policies in the Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK). This is among the issues that were addressed by the amended Act. It is true that there was that problem, but it resulted from the fact that the law required to be amended first before the regulator could put in place some of the policies hon. Members have talked about. I am happy that they did that, and, already, the regulator is in the process of trying to put in place the relevant policies to address some of those concerns."
