Without prejudice to the cases in court, this House urges His Excellency the President to move with speed and initiate a proper process of appointing the Chief Executive Officer of the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital. The Board should competitively recruit a professional human resource firm to shortlist the candidates and submit their names to the board for interview. The board should therefore, forward the names to the parent Ministry for onward transmission to the President to appoint a CEO from amongst the names submitted."
