    "content": "Further, noting the common subject matter between the two Bills, the Committee is encouraged to consider the Bills and advise the House on the most appropriate proposal to proceed so as to ensure the rights of all persons including those who are hard of hearing, the deafblind and the general deaf community are upheld. I further direct the Clerk to facilitate the Committee in undertaking public participation activities on the two Bills as required by the Constitution and our Standing Orders."
