    "content": "House the latitude to choose those who sit on a mediation committee without necessarily subjecting him to anything that may torpedo what is inscribed in Standing Order 1. This amendment intends to bring it back to the Speaker so that he can exercise his inherent discretion to choose those who sit on a mediation committee. Therefore, I support it, Hon.
