What is the status of the disbursement of money appropriated by the National Assembly to the Ministry of Roads and Transport? 2. Could the Chairperson state plans that have been put in place to ensure timely disbursement of all appropriated funds for the current Financial Year to avert any delays before the end of this Financial Year?
