    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, in line with what he is saying, I had the same supplementary question, or rather concern, on matters NG-CDF. The lack of disbursement of the NG-CDF is even worse than that of the National Treasury and Economic Planning. This is because we are headed for a two-week recess, which will be followed shortly by another one-month recess, and the disbursement now is hardly at 30 per cent. It is important for the Chairperson, who has been given the mandate on the NG- CDF, to provide us with some way forward. To be honest, as I am saying, we increased the percentage of bursaries up to 40 per cent. We have not received that 40 per cent which means that most of these bright, and needy children are still at home. Secondly, we were told to give money to junior secondary schools to prepare our students for laboratory practicals and other things, but nothing happened. There are no classes and no equipment. So, maybe with your directive, you could request the Chairperson of the NG-CDF Committee to give us a way forward and when we expect some funding for us to oversee. I thank you, Hon.
