Temporary Speaker, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 44 (2)(c), I rise to request for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Select Committee on National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG- CDF) regarding management of fund managers by the NG-CDF Board. It is responsible for management of funds allocated to constituencies for development projects. It is also mandated to oversee the selection and oversight of Fund Managers to ensure proper utilisation of resources and adherence to regulations. However, there are a number of constituencies without substantive Fund Managers, thereby affecting operations of the essential funds."
