Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 15 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “and Senators” appearing immediately after the words “National Assembly” and substituting therefor the words “and the Senate”; (b) in sub-clause (4) by deleting the words “or more” appearing immediately after the word “two-thirds” The rationale is to correct a typographical error and to set the quorum of a joint committee to, at least, two-thirds of all Members of the Committee."
