    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting clause 3. The reason is that the original Bill says that the provision of subsection 1 shall not apply to any rules, regulations and orders emanating from a court of competent jurisdiction in Kenya. Deleting that clause, as already provided for in this Bill, would mean typical court orders, practice notes and regulations governing the conduct of court processes will be subjected to the Statutory Instruments Act.
