    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Could the Assistant Minister tell us what they are doing to alleviate water problems in the upper parts of this country? Most of the water companies are serving the lower parts of this country in total disregard of the upper parts of the country. One of the reasons we have water problems is that we have for a long time neglected waters towers in this country. In my constituency we have one of the water towers, but my people do not get water from it although they are supposed to preserve Aberdares ridges. We have water going to Laikipia and Nakuru. What is the Ministry doing about this issue?"
