    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, I rise to support this amendment. It will cure congestion in our law courts. If a fine can be paid at the inception where the offence has been committed, then there is no need to congest the courts. There is also prompt payment of fines. The money will be paid immediately and the charge will be done in real time. That is the way to go. Let us do this in real time because we have technology now. Let us make use of it. Thank you, Hon.
