    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Labor and Social Welfare regarding the safety guidelines at Rai Paper Mills formerly the Pan African Paper mills in Webuye, Bungoma County. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Provide a detailed breakdown of all current employees of Rai Paper Mills indicating their respective designations and terms of employment; (2) Spell out the safety guidelines in place for operating machinery at the factory including the protocols in place in instances of emergency; The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
