Cabinet Secretary for her punctuality and well explanation of the questions raised by the Senator for Kirinyaga. Nyeri and Kirinyaga being bordering counties, we share the same challenges. My question would be - primary schools have been titled - whereas the land was donated by the same community, the churches have been left behind. Could the Cabinet Secretary tell us why the churches which are adjacent to the schools, that are sponsors of the schools have not been issued with the titles while the schools have been issued? Could she further explain to us why the colonial villages, which are widespread, especially in Nyeri County, have not been issued with the titles despite the directive from the previous and current regime?"
