But I am grateful to the Assistant Minister for promising Marakwets that he has instructed--- I can read from the answer that the Assistant Minister has instructed the District Veterinary Officer in Kapsowar to provide these services. I just want to know when Marakwet will get these services. When was the letter sent to Marakwet because there is nothing completely? Even the privatization which is in Kapsowar is absent. You cannot see it on the ground!"
