    "content": "We are talking about the whole country. There will be a need for a budget. We need to rationalise and see what is suitable. Whatever material that the Government puts money on, it must also be put in the building code that approves materials. The building code is coming to the House. Therefore, it is not an answer that you can get immediately, but it is something that we will all work on. Of course, we need to look at technology as part of the solution. Thank you."
