    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, my Question to the Cabinet Secretary is that there has been a power outage in Lamu for the last 10 months. This is due to the pylon, which was attacked, and it is causing many economic losses. Our health facilities are affected. Our dialysis machines and many other machines are damaged. Our fishing industry is very much affected. Our security is also affected. Could the Cabinet Secretary tell us when this pylon will be repaired, because It has taken 10 months and we have been suffering?
