    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Let me thank the Cabinet Secretary for the good work he is doing to spread power across the nation. My question concerns West Pokot, which is one of the counties that generate power that contributes to the lighting of the whole nation. However, the unfortunate thing is that during the time of the governments of President Moi and Kibaki, many wards, schools and many places were left behind and not lit, even though power is generated from West Pokot. What plans are there to light up West Pokot, bearing in mind that it is one of the counties that is generating power that is lighting Kenya? Up to now, even areas near Turkwel are not lit."
