    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This is a request for a Statement on the distribution of fake fertiliser to farmers in various parts of the country and Kakamega in particular. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 53(1) to seek for this Statement from the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries.
