Direct to the point, the issue of the fake fertiliser that we have seen out there is trying to paint the Government in a very negative wat. Cartels are trying to come up with fake fertilisers in the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) stores so that it can be seen that the Government is giving its people fake fertiliser. I agree that the cartels, that are doing this should be brought to book."
