    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rise to support this Bill and congratulate Sen. M. Kajwang’ because this Bill is coming at the right time. Being more than 10 years now after the creation of our counties and the passing of the 2010 Constitution, this is the time. The review of county, constituencies and ward boundaries is overdue. There are even constituencies that are already threatened in their existence because time and the grace period that they had lapsed. If we do not review these boundaries, the people of about 27 or so constituencies will be threatened because the law then must either be reviewed for those constituencies to continue existing, or they are given a new lifeline, The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
