    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Land, Environment and Natural Resources regarding irregularities involving land owned by Kenya Railways Corporation. In the Statement, the Committee, should- (1) Provide details of the land owned by Kenya Railways in acreage, disclosing disputes pending and successful compensations to land owners for railway use, if any. (2) Provide a list of farms and individuals in long and short-term land leases in agreements with the Kenya Railways indicating the terms of engagement."
