    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I thank colleagues who have taken time to respond and share thoughts on this Bill. They are as far and wide as you can imagine in a House of 67 legislators. Some agree while others do not. That is the essence of democracy. Sen. Olekina has gone into the lengths and depths of this Bill. It made me curious to know what business he is doing that he does not want many others to know. I know him to be a humble farmer, who goes about his business in an honest way."
