I want him to put himself in the shoes of the family that has lost that businessman. Their situation, as of today, is that they are suffering. They are in agony because they do not know whether their loved one is alive or dead. We were told that the era of extrajudicial killings was over. We were assured that it would never happen again. Can you produce that man dead or alive tomorrow, and not in two weeks’ or three weeks’ time? The family should get the body or the person tomorrow morning."
