    "content": "Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon, of a visiting delegation from the Parliament of Uganda. The delegation comprises Members and parliamentary officers of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Discipline, who are on a benchmarking visit with the counterpart Committee in the Senate. Hon.
