The first comment is on the issue of the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and the payment of hardship allowance to teachers in Kilifi and Taita-Taveta Counties. I draw the attention of the Committee to the fact that this problem is more widespread than just in Kilifi and Taita-Taveta."
