    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to support the Motion by Hon. Dorothy Ikiara. We need a holistic approach when dealing with persons living with disabilities and their caregivers. We need to provide resources for the necessary care and protection of caregivers. Protection means mental health and emotional well-being because being a caregiver is not easy. I commend the Member for moving this Motion. I hope the Government will allocate resources to this endeavour."
