    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was saying that there should be fairness in the recruitment into the military. When they say that they are going to recruit from the NYS that will open another avenue for corruption, unfairness and unequal distribution of human resource that is so much required. There is the element of medical test that some of these people go through. This is another area that needs to be looked into because it is at that stage that we see a lot of unfairness. That is where corruption is exercised. When officers go through the medical test, a medical officer can write anything on the paper. Therefore, it is open to abuse. I wish to reiterate that we must address that issue."
