    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, and Hon. Members. Indeed, the Ministry has a process for implementing the Social Health Insurance Act. For starters, the Ministry did gazette a transitional committee that has experts to ensure a seamless transition from NHIF to Social Health Authority. The committee has been sitting for the last three months. It has developed a roadmap on what needs to be done in terms of implementation. Additionally, the Ministry worked on regulations for operationalising the Social Health Insurance Act. Indeed, the regulations were already approved and gazetted. So, we are in the process of finalising with the transitional committee to ensure that all matters are taken care of.
