    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to take this opportunity to thank hon. Members who have contributed to this Motion and also to those who have opposed it. Essentially, we have had virtually all hon. Members supporting this Motion. I want to point out two things: First, it has come out very clearly from the presenters or debaters that the issue of height as a requirement in the armed forces has no merit in our time. There are many other issues that need to be looked into. We have to look at the loopholes that have been used by the recruiting officers for purposes of corruption. We also have to look at the amount of discretion that we have given to those people who go in the field. It has also been abused. By and large, the whole exercise is"
