    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, and Members, on this issue, as a mother, I agree that those two are very important. However, as it is now, we do not have resources in the budget for those facilities. We are going to push for their provision. Should there be resources, I agree that those are items that should be provided. I also want to confirm that pads are being provided by the State Department of Gender and Affirmative Action. For the diapers, we can try and pick it up with the Ministry to acquire resources in order to avail them. I submit."
