    "content": "We, as Members of Parliament, must demand greater accountability in the recruitment of armed forces. We want to know how many slots have been allocated for Kilifi and how many Kilifians have been recruited. We will then rest easy knowing that no corruption or malpractices have been involved. The Committee please, as Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) goes on with this, we want greater accountability on the numbers of the people recruited. We want to know how many will be recruited beforehand and we want to know how many have been recruited. That is the best way to bring accountability. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
