    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I can see Hon. Ichung’wah trying to intimidate me, but I cannot be intimidated. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity, and for following House procedures. I also thank the Whip of the Majority Party for doing a good job of whipping Members to come in, so that they can do what is expected on the Floor of the House, which is defeating us with numbers. However, that can never take away my right of representation. What happened earlier on is shameful in a democratic country. You cannot deny Members a chance to speak to a Bill. The Leader of the Majority Party is lucky because I am not passionate about this Bill. If somebody goes to court on this Bill, it should go on record that we were denied a chance to speak to it, but not vote."
