    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, of concern though is the fact that previously, the Government has been able to utilize hydro-power by generating it from a certain area. However, they have not been able to benefit the communities around immediately. That is a very serious concern because it is now difficult to tell people that they have important resources like rivers and then generate electricity from those rivers and take it elsewhere. You know very well that homesteads in Turkwel may not be enjoying the electricity that is generated from thereabout. We want to urge the Government that as we pass this Motion, the neighbourhood of hydro-power generation plants be allowed to enjoy the benefits of electricity."
