    "content": "The feasibility study for the Webuye project which my colleague Dr. Otichilo mentioned has been done. The cost was so enormous because it included building the dam which should have been used for irrigation. We had a meeting with Mr. Sambu on it. They are looking for funds as the local authority within the area. They can develop it and then subsequently sell it to Pan Paper and other companies which are within that area."
