(2) Outline the plans in place by the Ministry of Health to ensure that emergency life saving medical services are not denied to Kenyans during the strike. (3) Explain the steps the Ministry is taking to ensure that dialogue between the various stakeholders is successful, to alleviate suffering and ensure access to medical care across the county.
