    "content": "We could have a very good CBA, but there is no implementation. The issue here is implementation of the CBA by the Government. We can also enact legislation that can set minimum standards for healthcare workers conditions and regulate medical training. It is sad that I went to visit a patient yesterday; a young man who had an accident with a boda boda and he broke his jaw. He has been at St. Mary’s Hospital for three days. He is unable to eat or talk because his jaws are locked. The area has become septic and there is no other Government hospital that he can be taken to. Madam Temporary Speaker, what we are going through in Kenya is painful and hurtful. Like I said, it is a matter of life and death.
