If you do recall, this particular Ministry and more so the particular Assistant Minister, whenever Questions come to the House, he says that the matter is in court. You do recall the issue of Kenol/Kobil where he said the matter was in court and you did ask him to bring the court ruling but he has never done so. He is doing the same thing today. I ask the Chair to rule that he goes back and brings the actual court rulings and court file numbers so that we can know how to proceed."
