    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, for the case of civil suit No.19 of 2009, the claim has been referred to arbitration by both parties but I do not have the number. So where there were civil suits going on, we wanted to take it out of court so that we can do it through arbitration. So, I do not have the numbers here but it is the intention of the parties to solve the matter through arbitration."
