Why are you insisting that you do not want to relate with the people that you have employed and discuss a return-to-work formula? Why must they go back to work first before they discuss with you a return-to-work formula that they have shown you? It is reasonable and has provisions on how both the employer and employee must meet in terms of working on a return-to-work formula."
