Sometimes, it is an emergency and family members become helpless and do not know what to do because it takes ages. Secondly, members of various entities like the teachers will contribute to SHIF. Every other worker will also contribute. What guarantee is there that when they go to any facility where they require services, they will be attended to, instead of being told to fill two hospitals where they will be going?
