    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I want to thank Hon. Ruweida for giving me this one minute and bringing this Motion. I join the rest of Kenyans and my colleagues in condoling General Ogola as well as the other nine gallant soldiers who lost their lives. Apart from the Motion that we have put on the order of precedence in terms of protocol for boarding, I would like to suggest that this Motion must not remain as a Motion. This Motion must look at other regulations, including the order of precedence and the circumstances in which the propositions and ideas that are brought here can be brought in by way of an amendment Bill. We must also look at other travel protocols. Who accompanies the CDF when he goes on such visits? What kind of visits must he go to and not go to?
