These Cabinet Secretaries should do correspondence. The Clerk of the Senate writes directly to the Principal Secretary, communicating anything from the Senate. The same way, only the Principal Secretary should communicate to the Clerk of the Senate. This letter should be null and void because this is what we call in Kiswahili, madharau ."
