Under Article 125, on power to call evidence, this House has the power to request anybody to appear before it. That article points out that this House enjoys the status of the High Court. When you read Article 153 of the Constitution of Kenya, it talks about the decisions of the Cabinet and that they should be in writing and, of course, extrapolated.
