However, could the Prime Minister clarify, now that a request has been made for all the water towers to be looked into so that this country can be safe, whether there are immediate measures that can be taken to sort out some of these issues? This is because areas like Uaso Nyiro and the Lorian Swamp have completely dried up, yet they are riparian land. A lot of people downstream have been affected adversely. Could the Prime Minister institute immediate measures to sort out the very basic things that can be dealt with without a task force?"
